As soon as you have placed your order, your design will be sent to our production facility within 24 hours - production time takes approx. 10-12 working days and shipping takes another 4-5 days. So you will receive your dress within 3 weeks at your door after ordering.

We do everything we can to guarantee the perfect fit, but every body is a little different and even despite precise tailoring, there can be small measurement errors, so that it could pinch in one place or another.

If this is the case, have the alteration enhanced by a local tailor and we will pay 20% of the alteration cost.

If for any reason your dress doesn't fit at all, write to us to service@sophia-malina-wild.com and we will solve the problem. If the fault lies with us, we will have a new dress made for you immediately.

You can easily create your individual measurement profile by clicking the “MEASURE YOURSELF” button. You can change it at any time or create multiple measurement profiles.

Please do not try to take your own measurements alone - this can make mistakes easier. 

Don't have a tape measure handy? Write to us at info@sophia-malina-wild.com and we will send you a measuring tape to your home within 1 working day. 

If you make a typo or make a mistake and you only notice it after you have placed your order, you have 36 hours to tell us your change at: order@sophia-malina-wild.com . After the 24 hours have expired, your dress is already in production and we can no longer consider changes or returns.

Naturally. Not only the look, but also the feeling should be right. We can send you all our fabrics as a sample within 3-4 working days. You can place the fabric samples in the shopping cart for each individual fabric in our configurator and order them. The amount will be credited back to you when you order your dress.
